I never played System Shok, but I hear the story is the same, so if you've played System Shock and liked it you should like BioShock. BioShock's music and artistic style is worth taking a look as well. All around great game.

I wasn't really impressed with it.

I liked it for about 3/4 of the game.

The Art-Deco Ann Rand style 1950's Neuvo architecture and styles were great!

The plot was OK, and after a while "saving" the kids got boring.

All in all, it probably could have been a bit shorter and still held my interest, and a co-op version might have been fun as well!

I had fun with it, but I am more of a casual gamer... I play an hour here and there. So it didnt get repetitve to me because if the breaks between my playing it. I do prefer a game like UT or L4D because they are a game I can jump in and play a round or two and then blow out and do other things.

The style was cool, I've just gotten tired of my games looking "plastic".
