Oh, that's why. Almost 3 years build up that compressed air couldn't remove.
Was getting up to 95ºC while gaming and crashing. Put AS5 on the GPU and left the pads on the rest of the sink. Showing maxed out temps of 77ºC right now, but that may come down more when the AS5 breaks in.
