AC 120 V ( 60 Hz ) - this will cause such a big TV to display a lot of ghosting.

Apart from that - sweet deal.

Looks like peeps are having probs with the coupon now.

    Deal is ded.

BTW, the whole 60hz thing is a little off, depending on your video processor. It is the same problem almost all screens would have in viewing a standard 24fps film at 30 or 60 fps. TV always had that problem.

It isn't necessarily lag, ghosting or stutter, but poor conversion of that 4/5 framerate ratio.

A good VCR used to be able to process this nicely (I forget the terminology for one that would do a good frame fill...) and a bad one would look crappy on pause or othe stillframe...

I think 120 is better, but probably not enough to replace a good signal processor and set all by itself. IOW, a good 60Hz TV will probably STILL play better than a meh 120Hz.

When you see Hz beside voltage it's talking about the power supply needed, not the screens refresh rate.

United states power is 60 hz, Canadian power is 50 hz.

But in this case it looks like the screen refresh rate is also 60.
